Sales Representative

Jim Riehl's Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Romeo is hiring New Car Sales Representative in Washington Township, MI.

Experience is a plus but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete extensive training regarding the product line (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram)
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
• Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
• Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate automotive features
• Support on-line customers through our eSales office
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

 Job Requirements:

• Intense focus on the customer and their experience
• A strong ability to find solutions to sales challenges and assess individual client needs
• Team oriented environment
• Stable work history
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• High School diploma or equivalent
