What You’ll Be Doing
You will:
- Knock doors daily in targeted neighborhoods
- Educate homeowners on solar incentives and energy savings
- Set appointments and close deals
- Learn directly from experienced field leaders
- Track performance metrics and improve daily
Training is hands-on. From Day 1, you shadow experienced closers in the field. You learn by doing - not sitting in a classroom.
Work Schedule
This is a field-based role with a consistent team rhythm:
- Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00/10:00 AM – 1:00/3:00 PM
Compensation
Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 - with strong performers reaching $250,000+ depending on production.
There is no income cap - your results determine your pay.
