Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
  • Present and explain various insurance products offered by the agency.
  • Develop customized insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with agency staff to achieve team sales targets.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.


Licensing: Must obtain the required state insurance licenses within a specified time frame.


Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in sales with a customer-focused mindset.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
