Description
- Manage and grow a defined territory across Minnesota, delivering against sales and revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key commercial accounts
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the region
- Execute regional sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Provide product training and support to customers and channel partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and reporting
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen engagement and retention
Profile
- Proven experience in a field sales or territory sales role (ideally within automotive, tyres, or industrial products)
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a regional role
- Willingness to travel extensively across Minnesota
- Strong organisational and reporting capabilities
