We’re seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Representative who thrives on hunting new business, closing deals, and exceeding targets. In this fast-paced freight and logistics role, you’ll actively build relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new customer accounts through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and account management.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and activity reports in the company’s CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

 

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in freight, logistics, transportation, or related sales roles preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
