We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative for our client in Solon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details:
  • Salary: $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
