What You Will Do
Consult with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Present solutions clearly, professionally, and confidently
Build trust with customers through strong communication and follow-up
Close sales and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
Manage leads and opportunities through the sales process
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
(Products and services include drain-related solutions and home service offerings.)
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales)
Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotation
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Professional communication and presentation skills
Experience in home services is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
Monday – Friday with evening and weekend rotations
Earning potential: $120,000 – $200,000+ per year
Performance-based compensation structure
High performers are rewarded accordingly
