In this role, you"ll guide customers through the entire roofing restoration process, from the initial inspection to project completion. You"ll educate property owners on roofing solutions, identify storm-related damage, assist with insurance claims, and serve as their trusted advisor every step of the way.

What You"ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
• Conduct roof inspections to identify repair, restoration, and replacement opportunities.
• Educate customers on roofing products, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim processes.
• Present solutions and secure signed agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal production teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up from sale through project completion.
• Track leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

What We"re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for winning.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Valid driver"s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

No benefits as of now - 1099 work.
