Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present BANYAN's solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Keep accurate records of sales interactions and client information in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
