Sales Representative

In this role, you will report directly to the President collaborating closely with the management and Sales Manager, lead and coach our sales team, drive residential and commercial business development, and optimize our estimating and pipeline processes to accelerate company growth. In this role, you will report directly to the President collaborating closely with the management and Sales Manager, lead and coach our sales team, drive residential and commercial business development, and optimize our estimating and pipeline processes to accelerate company growth.Duties and Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sales.
• Coordinate equipment and material selections.
• Coach/Train.
• Manage sales personnel.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Sales meetings to build a high-performing culture.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Annual forecasting and collaboration with leadership to execute goals and profit gain.
• KPIs to hit revenue and gross margin targets.

• Maintain and improve sales processes.
• Leveraging ServiceTitan and CRM systems for pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate sales promotions with the Marketing Coordinator.
• Review plans, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Ensure consistent customer experience throughout the sales process.

B2B Sales, Development & Commercial Growth:

• Identify and pursue new construction.
• Renovation.
• Tenant improvement opportunities by building relationships with GCs, builders, and property managers.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Establish referral partnerships and negotiate recurring revenue streams (maintenance agreement memberships).
• Ability to build relationships with customers, contractors, and business partners.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.

Customer Experience:

• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Present solution options, pricing, and value propositions to customers.
• Coordinate equipment and material selections.
• Close key accounts when necessary.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate job scopes.
• Technical estimates.
• Professional proposals that meet company margin objectives.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to ensure seamless project transition and scheduling.

Job RequirementsExperience & Education:

• 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services (residential and commercial experience required).
• 3+ years in sales management or leadership role.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan and modern CRM systems.
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and bids preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proven track record in contract negotiation, bid management, and closing complex deals.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, construction plans, and system designs.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• A blend of office environment, customer site visits, and field evaluations.
• Frequent local travel to jobsites, commercial properties, and networking events (requires extended periods of driving).
