Summary:
- Pay Rate: $60,000 – $70,000 Base Uncapped Commission
- Location: Houston, TX (Local Market Expertise Required)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue leads and sign up new customers for rental and industrial hauling projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Houston industrial market.
- Utilize CRMs, LinkedIn, and advanced lead-generation tools to manage your pipeline effectively.
- Leverage your 5–7 years of experience in Power Gen/Utilities to open doors for new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of the local market landscape and players within the Power Gen and Rental space in Houston.
- High motivation and energy levels; this role is not suitable for individuals who are quiet or withdrawn.
- Comfortable with modern sales technology (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Resilient attitude; view "no" as the start of the conversation, not the end.
Preferred Skills:
- Open to hiring recent college graduates, specifically former student-athletes, who demonstrate discipline and a willingness to be coached.
