What You’ll Do:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and local prospecting
• Meet with homeowners on-site to assess lawn care needs
• Provide customized quotes and confidently close sales
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Upsell additional services and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Represent the company professionally in the field and in the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (in-home sales, service sales, or similar preferred)
• Comfortable with prospecting, rejection, and closing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven (this is not a passive role)
• Valid driver’s license (21+)
• Lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor service knowledge is a plus
