Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Explain complex insurance policies and coverage details in a clear, understandable manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling Allstate products.
- Process applications and manage client accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the agency team to contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to client engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
