This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants control over their income and schedule while building a long-term book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B accounts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify branding opportunities for businesses, schools, nonprofits, and organizations
- Prepare quotes and close sales
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Grow and manage your own portfolio of accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to manage time independently
- Comfortable working both remotely and in-person (hybrid model)
Compensation
This is a commission-based role designed to reward performance and long-term relationship building:
- 40% commission on gross profit for new sales
- 15% residual commission on gross profit for ongoing repeat business
