Client is specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and graphic design based out of Gastonia, NC (15 minutes west of uptown Charlotte). We are currently looking for a Sales Representative in the Greater Charlotte area to help us take the next step in company growth. This is a Business to Business sales position.
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and attending trade shows and events.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Salesperson in the screen printing and embroidery industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Salary
- Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and is a base + commission + monthly bonuses for meeting sales goals. No cap on commission earnings per year.
