Role Summary


Hale’s Roofing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to lead our growth in the Flagstaff market. This role combines company-generated leads with self-generated opportunities and requires someone who can build strong local relationships, represent our brand professionally, and consistently close profitable work.


You will own the Flagstaff sales pipeline while helping establish Hale’s as the most trusted roofing contractor in Northern Arizona.


What You’ll Do


  • Meet with homeowners and property managers on company-generated leads

  • Self-generate new opportunities through networking, canvassing, referrals, and local partnerships

  • Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and present solutions

  • Close sales and maintain margin targets

  • Manage projects through handoff to production for a smooth customer experience

  • Build local brand awareness through events, marketing initiatives, and community involvement

  • Track leads, follow-ups, and performance in CRM

  • Help make Hale’s the most recommended roofing company in Flagstaff

What We’re Looking For


  • 2+ years sales experience (construction/roofing/home services preferred)

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder

  • Self-starter who can generate their own pipeline

  • Organized and tech-comfortable (CRM, estimates, scheduling)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Professional, trustworthy, and customer-first mindset
