Responsibilities
- Achieve new business production goals and objectives as defined.
- Create customized insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain networking relationships with key professionals, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Genuine willingness to learn, with an intuitive, resourceful, and coachable attitude.
- Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Confident and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
