JOB TITLE: Sales Representative
PAY GRADE: $75,000 - $125,000

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative serves as the principal point of contact between the client supported by Ultimate Staffing and its customers. This role is responsible for ensuring current customers receive the appropriate products and services, identifying new customer leads, and presenting solutions to prospective customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect for potential clients through lead lists, cold calling, and networking activities; enter information into internal databases.
- Estimate service, repair, and production jobs; conduct job site surveys of potential production, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Generate proposals for services in a timely and professional manner.
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within established timelines.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources needed to achieve objectives and manage resources efficiently.
- Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding strategy, progress, and adjustments.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
- Measure project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of project objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with business relationship management (BRM) and customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to varying audience needs.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of resourcefulness.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; equivalent experience or training may be substituted.
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior experience in a sales role.
- Construction or related industry experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The role requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
