You'll meet with homeowners across the greater St. Louis region to perform free, in-person inspections of their foundation, basement, or crawl space. You'll diagnose issues, educate clients on their options, and recommend the right solution for their home--not the most expensive one. You'll prepare and present clear, honest estimates and walk customers through financing options when needed. You'll follow up on leads, close sales, and hand off projects cleanly to the installation team. Throughout the day you'll travel to appointments in your company vehicle and keep your pipeline and CRM up to date.
