In this role, you will work with individuals who are interested in learning more about benefit programs available through established unions, associations, and member-based organizations. Your responsibility will be to provide helpful information, answer questions, and guide each member through a simple virtual consultation process.
What You’ll Do
You will connect with members by phone or video appointment to review available benefit options and help them better understand the programs they may qualify for. You will also assist with basic digital forms, provide follow-up support when needed, and maintain accurate records throughout the process.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable using online tools, and can stay organized while working from home.
