We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven background in sales who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A $3,000/month guarantee is available after 90 days for seasoned salespeople who demonstrate consistent performance and commitment.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
• Understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships
• Meet or exceed dealership sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions

Requirements
This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Sales Representatives must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a competitive retail environment.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1–2 years automotive or high-volume sales experience preferred
• Valid Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
