We are seeking energetic individuals, preferably current or former athletes with a competitive mindset, to join our sales team as Sales Representatives and Field Trainers.
In this role, you'll make in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses, build relationships, and present supplemental insurance benefits to employees.
Additionally, you'll mentor new sales agents, develop leadership skills, and support team growth. Candidates should have strong communication, leadership, and sales abilities, with experience in training or mentoring preferred.
