Sales Representative

At Breaktime Solutions, we're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our refreshment services business throughout the Huntsville market.

This is an exciting outside sales opportunity with strong earning potential, a company-supported training program, and a clear path for long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000-$70,000
  • Commission Opportunity: Additional $40,000+ Annually

What You'll Do

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect and develop new business accounts throughout the Huntsville territory
  • Present and sell vending, micro-market, office coffee, and refreshment service solutions to local businesses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations through signed contracts and installation
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Client Relationship Management

  • Partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to support long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and service offerings

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B outside sales or a strong desire to build a successful sales career
  • Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local territory
  • Experience in vending, refreshment services, food service, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required
