Perfect Filter is hiring self-directed field sales professionals who can generate opportunities, run in-home demonstrations, and close high-ticket whole-home water filtration systems.
This is not a setter/closer split. This is not an inbound call center role. This is a full-cycle field sales position for someone who knows how to create trust, run a strong in-home presentation, and close.

Our model is built around community-based selling, local lead generation, and high-quality homeowner conversations. You will be expected to prospect, book appointments, run demos, and close your own deals.

Perfect Filter offers premium whole-home water filtration systems designed to address the contaminants homeowners care about most, with positioning centered around chlorine, chloramines, microplastics, heavy metals, PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and bacteria reduction.
Our systems are built with medical-grade 316 stainless steel housings and are positioned as low-maintenance, premium alternatives to traditional systems. Product materials emphasize 0.01-micron filtration, 20–25 GPM flow, reduced water waste, and no salt required on the main whole-home system.
We also offer an industry-leading alkaline reverse osmosis drinking water system as an upsell/add-on, positioned around multi-stage filtration and remineralization.
