In-Home Water Sales Closer – Full-Cycle Field Rep

$2,000–$6,000+ Per Week | Full-Time | 1099 or W2 | $100K–$300K+ OTE

Perfect Filter is hiring self-directed field sales professionals who can generate opportunities, run in-home demonstrations, and close high-ticket whole-home water filtration systems.

This is not a setter/closer split. This is not an inbound call center role. This is a full-cycle field sales position for someone who knows how to create trust, run a strong in-home presentation, and close.

If you are strong face-to-face, confident in the home, and want a premium product that is clearly differentiated in the market, this is a serious opportunity.

What You'll Do

Our model is built around community-based selling, local lead generation, and high-quality homeowner conversations. You will be expected to prospect, book appointments, run demos, and close your own deals.

In this role, you will: 

  • Generate leads through community outreach, local events, referrals, and self-driven prospecting
  • Set and confirm your own appointments
  • Run in-home water quality demonstrations and consultations
  • Educate homeowners on their current water conditions and available solutions
  • Present premium whole-home filtration and drinking water options
  • Handle objections and close high-ticket deals
  • Manage the customer relationship from first conversation through signed agreement
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process and clean pipeline discipline
  • Deliver a professional, high-trust customer experience

What You'll Be Selling

Perfect Filter offers premium whole-home water filtration systems designed to address the contaminants homeowners care about most, with positioning centered around chlorine, chloramines, microplastics, heavy metals, PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and bacteria reduction. 

Our systems are built with medical-grade 316 stainless steel housings and are positioned as low-maintenance, premium alternatives to traditional systems. Product materials emphasize 0.01-micron filtration, 20–25 GPM flow, reduced water waste, and no salt required on the main whole-home system. 

We also offer an industry-leading alkaline reverse osmosis drinking water system as an upsell/add-on, positioned around multi-stage filtration and remineralization. 

This is not a commodity sale. You are representing a premium solution with a clear story and strong in-home presentation potential.

Employment Type

    • For California-based 1099 candidates, this role is best suited for professionals who already operate with a high level of independence and understand their own business structure and compliance responsibilities.
    • 1099 candidates should already have, or be capable of operating through, an S-Corp or LLC structure as appropriate.
