We are seeking an experienced full-cycle Sales Recruiter to support our growth within Commercial and Enterprise teams.
You'll manage end-to-end recruiting processes, partner with sales leaders to develop sourcing strategies, and build diverse talent pipelines through outreach, events, and inbound applications.
Leverage data to inform hiring strategies, drive business improvement initiatives, and champion DEI efforts.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years of in-house recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, strong sourcing skills, and experience partnering with senior sales executives.
