**Responsibilities:

**

  • Partner with Engineering and Plant Management teams to develop labor standards and staffing estimates for customer quotations.

  • Coordinate with plant personnel to communicate customer timelines, material requirements, site visits, production schedules, product trials, and equipment readiness.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal management to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Prioritize customer requests and oversee multiple projects to meet deadlines and operational goals.

  • Identify customer needs and implement effective solutions to support satisfaction and business objectives.

  • Gather raw material specifications, including film, fabric, and corrugate requirements, and collaborate with Purchasing and plant teams to ensure timely procurement.

  • Support and manage the quoting process, including maintaining historical records of customers, products, and pricing data.

  • Promote a professional work environment by adhering to company

**Qualifications:

**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze business data, technical documentation, and regulatory information.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to all levels of management.

  • Proven project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Customer-focused mindset with experience managing relationships and resolving complex issues effectively.

  • Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, including ratios, percentages, probability, and practical data analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook
