Paramount Granite is a countertop company specializing in quartz, granite, and natural stone surfaces for kitchens, bathrooms, fireplaces, and more. Since 1996, we’ve completed thousands of projects across Minnesota and surrounding areas.
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Project Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing projects, and being part of a fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, and designers in our showroom
- Help customers select materials for their projects
- Prepare quotes and manage project details
- Coordinate scheduling for measurements and installations
- Communicate with customers throughout the process
- Keep projects organized and moving forward from start to finish
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in construction, remodeling, cabinetry, flooring, or countertops is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday + some Saturdays required with a weekday off provided during rotation
