Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success. Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. Schedule: 24 - 28-hour workweek | M-Sat 10-7, Sun 10-6 | Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.
What You Bring:
Weekend and holiday availability - required (we're closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter). Ability to lift 20-25 lbs and travel to Largo for training and a sales meeting twice per year. Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
