Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Build and manage your own book of business
Generate and follow up on leads (warm + outbound)
Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Life, and Small Business policies
Develop long-term client relationships and drive retention
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline and hit goals
What Were Looking For
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven individuals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales experience is a plus (not requiredwe train the right people)
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we guide you)
