Job Summary

The Sales Process Associate is an individual contributor role responsible for supporting sales and sales management teams through accurate data management, administrative coordination, and customer support activities. This position plays a key role in facilitating sales operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely and efficient support for both internal teams and customers.

 

Job Description

  • Perform entry-level tasks within sales processes and sub-processes while meeting established performance metrics
  • Facilitate new customer setup and collect required documentation, including vendor forms, W-9s, certificates of insurance, and related materials
  • Provide support for customer sales activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Distribute customer communications following sales and installations
  • Assist in resolving customer requests and concerns with customized and timely responses
  • Review, edit, organize, and maintain proposal documents, specifications, and supporting materials within internal systems
  • Support SAP part number processes and assist with account mapping and order entry activities
  • Update CRM data as directed and assist with account management responsibilities
  • Generate, monitor, and maintain reports related to sales operations and customer activity
  • Review, submit, and track job packages
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Perform additional duties and administrative support tasks as assigned

 

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments to support collaboration and information sharing
  • Ability to learn and execute entry-level organizational and administrative tasks with guidance
  • Basic understanding of business operations and sales concepts
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, including SAP or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of lean principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work remotely and onsite at the Plymouth office as needed
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment supporting sales and customer operations
  • Fast-paced role requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills

 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of applicable work experience
  • OR Associate’s degree with demonstrated capability in related work

 

Pay Rate

  • $18 - $23 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
