Seeking a Sales Process and Support Specialist to enhance sales efficiency, drive revenue growth, and improve customer experience through process optimization, data analytics, and technology integration. This global role collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, Field Sales, Finance, and Operations, supporting the Sr. Director of Donor Gamete Services. Responsibilities include developing scalable processes, automating workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and leveraging tools like CRM to analyze demand and optimize capacity. The role requires strong analytical skills, sales process knowledge, and proven success in process improvement, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
