Martin Chevrolet is looking for a Business Development Specialist (BDC) to work in our in house call center to make outbound/inbound calls.

Schedules vary during the week and rotating weekends.

Prior experience within a calling center, outbound calling or customer service oriented.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in a dealership or large facility repair organization
• Excellent work ethic
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Can operate a standard-transmission vehicle

Responsibilities

• The Lube Technician performs basic vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory guidelines
• Work is typically assigned with repair orders and Lube Technician is expected to perform quality repairs with efficiency and accuracy
• Essential functions of the job include excellent driving skills, attention to detail, regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, ability to accept constructive criticism, , ability to get along with co-workers, meet physical demands of position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Flat rate pay scale $33.80 and up depending on experience, training, qualifications and specialties.
