We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & CRM Associate to support our A&I commercial team through Salesforce administration, sales reporting, and business analytics.
Goal: Improve visibility into sales activity, pipeline management, territory performance, and opportunity tracking while supporting the overall effectiveness of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce CRM
Monitor Salesforce usage, adoption, and data accuracy across the sales team
Assist with development of sales dashboards and KPI reporting
Generate reports related to:
Net sales by territory and salesperson
New order acquisition
Pipeline and future opportunities
Sales activity and forecasting
Help maintain data integrity and reporting consistency within Salesforce
Support integration between net sales reporting and pipeline activity tracking
Assist with digital lead generation and campaign support, including AI-driven research tools
Provide analytical and administrative support to sales leadership and regional managers
Support customer visits, trade shows, and marketing activities as needed
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with interest in sales operations and business analytics
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
