Sales Operations Coordinator
What You'll Bring:
Associate's degree in sales, business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in customer service
General Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and working knowledge of CRM systems
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What you'll do:
Primary Objective of Position: Assist the customer's sales team with accurate entry of proposals and quotes, and assist the project management team in coordinating order installations that exceed customer delivery expectations

Sales Support
Aid the customer's sales team with preparing pricing, proposals, and responses by:
Preparing quotes (gather costs)
Review service orders for completeness and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing quality assurance for product and pricing mechanisms
Review the existing sales order entry processes and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency while improving the overall customer experience
Order Installations
Complete construction and customer enrichment input, and ensure the timely kickoff of support processes for orders
Map the critical path of the service order and document supporting steps needed to assure a well-coordinated, high-quality installation
Customer Enrichment
Carry out the provisioning portion of the service order project for installations, including but not limited to:
entering customer information
services ordered
service address
charges for services
Send billing/close-out acknowledgment to customers.
Ensure billing and plant systems and records are updated, and coordinate with the appropriate team to make changes
Stay current on Presales and Order Management workflows in IT systems
Location: Hybrid; at home and reporting to either Perham, MN or New Hope, MN.
Pay: $55,000- $60,000
