Branch Manager, Traffic Control Solutions

Location: Charlotte, NC

Phoenix Spirit Group, LLC (PSG) is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and ensure top-quality traffic control services in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee branch operations, budgets, and performance.
  • Lead and develop a team of traffic control apprentices, crew leads and trainers.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic safety regulations and company standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve service issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in traffic services, construction, or a related field with at least 2+ years in leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and industry best practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
