Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Job Duties:

• Provide end-to-end sales support including preparing quotations, order tracking, and client communication
• Coordinate exhibition and trade show activities including booth materials, product displays, packaging, and logistics
• Organize and maintain catalogues, datasheets, branding materials, and promotional assets
• Manage documentation including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and approval workflows
• Coordinate shipment and dispatch of product samples to customers, partners, and trade show venues
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers and vendors
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP/procurement systems
• Generate weekly status reports and track outstanding documentation
• Follow up proactively on pending approvals and missing paperwork
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, procurement, or coordination
• Experience in the packaging or polymer industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through skills
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
