The Sales and Marketing Professional will implement and execute marketing plans and campaigns, track marketing and sales data, and identify new opportunities within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biologics industries. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to perform under pressure in the field under varying conditions. Available benefits include (but are not limited to): - Competitive wage commensurate with experience. - Sales commission incentive plan based on annual sales revenue. - Exceptional medical, dental, and vision. - Paid time off, including holidays. - Life and disability insurance. - Retirement savings program. **Essential Responsibilities and Duties** - Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. - Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered. - Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues to implement strategies across multiple channels. - Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. - Maintain websites, tracks and analyzes sales data, trends and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance. - Create and presents regular performance reports for managers. - Coordinate and attends trade shows for self and other company representatives. - Registration, planning and logistics, booth set up for up to 8-10 trade show events annually. **Experience & Requirements** The successful candidate will be a fast learner, self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to interact with the team. This person would correspond with our customers to successfully grow business opportunities. - Associate\'s/Bachelor\'s Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience. - Effective oral and written communication skills with experience in technical writing and documentation management. - Knowledge of industrial processing equipment. - Ability to comprehend technical specifications, bills of materials, mechanical and electrical drawings. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM.
