Overview
Electrical Works is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to help build and organize how we manage client relationships, business development activity, and market presence as we continue to grow. This role is hands-on and will require active involvement in day-to-day sales and marketing work, along with helping build the structure that supports it. You will work closely with leadership to organize and improve our CRM, strengthen follow-up and pipeline visibility, support industry events, and help refine how we track opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the company CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow-up activity
- Lead client outreach efforts and maintain ongoing communication with key prospects and customers
- Coordinate trade shows, industry events, travel, and in-person client meetings
- Support and develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Help define and improve sales tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting for leadership
- Assist in forecasting revenue and identifying growth opportunities based on active pipeline
- Support marketing efforts including social media, brand presence, and campaign coordination
- Work directly with leadership on pricing input, client strategy, and business development direction
- Ensure consistent follow-through on opportunities from initial contact through project engagement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, or account management
- Strong ability to both execute tasks and think strategically about process and growth
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, less structured environment
- Multi-Entity experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients and leadership
- Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or commercial services strongly preferred
- Experience with Monday.com is a plus
- Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment
