Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Smart Home Integration

Hive Home Intelligence designs and installs high-end home automation systems for some of Tampa’s most beautiful homes. We’re growing fast and looking for an organized, driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our revenue engine, assist our sales team, and ensure our marketing efforts run smoothly.
This is a crucial support role. We’re looking for someone who can help execute marketing initiatives, field and route inbound leads, maintain our CRM, and keep our sales team organized and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be trusted to support our daily sales and marketing operations, including:
•Supporting the Sales Team: Assisting with administrative tasks, proposal generation, and ensuring the sales team has the materials they need to succeed.
•Managing the CRM: Entering data, updating workflows, tracking the customer journey, and ensuring lead follow-up cadences are executed properly.
•Supporting Marketing Execution: Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, organizing assets, and ensuring lead generation efforts run smoothly.
•Lead Fielding & Routing: Acting as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and efficiently distributing them to the appropriate sales team members.
•Tracking & Reporting: Pulling data on sales KPIs, lead sources, and marketing performance to help management make informed decisions.
•Brand Experience: Helping to refine the customer journey and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium nature of our brand.
You won’t be just doing data entry. You’ll be actively involved in the sales and marketing process, helping to build the systems needed for us to scale.

What We’re Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:
•Have experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a related administrative role (experience in AV, smart home, or construction is a bonus).
•Are highly organized and comfortable working within CRM systems to manage workflows and customer journeys.
•Understand basic marketing principles and can effectively support internal marketing initiatives.
•Take pride in keeping things structured, tracking details, and supporting a fast-paced team.
•Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Can proactively solve problems and improve processes.
•Familiarity with AI tools and how to apply them to sales, marketing, or operations is a strong plus.

Not a fit if:

•You are looking for a high-level strategic management role or want to manage a team (this is an individual contributor role).
•You dislike detailed administrative work, data entry, or CRM management.
•You prefer working in isolation and don't want to interact with clients or support a team.
