Berntsen International is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing InfraMarker and core business teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities, and takes pride in helping a sales and marketing engine run smoothly.This position plays a critical role in coordinating sales activities, supporting marketing programs, managing bid and contract workflows, and ensuring our teams have what they need to win business and serve customers effectively.What You Will Do:Coordinate presentations and provide sales support materials to internal teams and sales partnersTrack active accounts, deadlines, and follow-up tasksSupport RFP and bid preparation, including required paperwork and submissionsEnsure proper payment and billing processes are followedManage contract documentation and renewalsAssist with coordinating engineering resources for sales support and technical prepIdentify RFP and bid opportunities across state, federal, and local agenciesMaintain vendor registrations and certifications with government platforms and prime contractorsConduct warm outreach to qualified prospects and assist with early-stage pipeline developmentEvent CoordinationManage pre- and post-conference activities, including lead capture and follow-upCoordinate trade show logistics, booth materials, and shippingSupport presentations and joint activities with Esri, HID, and other partnersAssist with internal and external event scheduling and preparationQualify incoming marketing-generated leads and route them appropriatelySupport analytics and campaign performance reviewsAssist with content distribution, promotional materials, and customer communicationsUse Salesforce and supporting tools to track pipeline metrics and communicate performanceMaintain price lists, quote templates, and supporting sales documents in SalesforceProvide administrative support for sales systems and process updatesWhat We Need From You:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative coordination.Experience with Salesforce or another CRMExperience preparing or managing government bids/RFP submissionsBackground or aptitude in sales, business development, or sales coordinationExperience in event management, vendor coordination, or marketing support is a plusSkills & AttributesExceptional organization and time management; able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping detailsStrong attention to accuracy and qualityHighly motivated, goal-driven, and energized by contributing to team winsHigh initiative and comfortable taking charge and moving tasks forward independentlyStrong communication and follow-through across teamsAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processesThis is an onsite position in Madison, WI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
