About IntegriCom

IntegriCom, Inc., a 26-year-old family business whose purpose is providing peace of mind to our small business clients by delivering reliable IT services, welcomes you. We all work together to meet our goal of providing stability and growth to 45 employees and their families by 2030.

We specialize in reliable IT services for small businesses, our sweet spot. If you want to belong to a team that does that well every day, this company's a great fit for you. Our clients are professional services (financial, medical, legal), insurance, construction, real estate development, manufacturing, and utility companies. If you have experience working with this type of client – or want that experience – this role will be a great fit.  This role is ideal for someone who's energized by meeting new people, building genuine relationships, and representing IntegriCom in the local business community.

You Will Love It Here If You Fit the Following

  • Selfless for our clients and each other
  • Relentless at improving
  • Professional unassuming confidence
  • Joyfully doing the right thing, regardless

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to perform the following things.  Based on the experience and strengths you bring, specific duties may shift to best fit the right candidate and the needs of the team:

  • Represent IntegriCom at networking events, chamber meetings, and industry gatherings.
  • Gather and produce client case studies, testimonials, and online reviews that highlight IntegriCom's value and client outcomes.
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns and drip sequences; make outbound follow-up calls to nurture leads and prospects.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across all company platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement. 3–5 social media posts per week across platforms
  • Review and approve SEO-related website changes in coordination with our SEO partner to ensure accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
  • Plan and host client- and prospect-facing events such as Lunch & Learns and client appreciation events.  Estimating 1-3 events per year.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and centers of influence in the Metro Atlanta / Gwinnett County/Hall County area.  Focus will shift to the related market the candidate lives in.
  • Develop, manage, and grow referral partner programs; track referral activity and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Manage the full lead handling process — receiving, qualifying, tracking, and handing off leads to Sales to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build and manage quotes in quote building software for prospective clients.
  • Research and secure speaking engagement opportunities for IntegriCom leadership at local and industry events.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

  • Consistent social media posting cadence across all platforms
  • Event attendance met quarterly
  • Accurate and timely time entry

If you want to come to work, learn, and hit those numbers, you'll be recognized and rewarded.

Our company runs on EOS purely. That means as a member of this team, you will have a leader who:

  • Gives clear directions
  • Makes sure you have the necessary tools
  • Acts with the greater good in mind
  • Delegates appropriately
  • Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company
  • Makes their expectations clear
  • Communicates well
  • Has effective meetings
  • Meets one-on-one with you quarterly or more, if needed
  • Rewards and recognizes your performance
