Sales/Marketing Admin Assistant

Position Type:
Temporary/Temp-Hire
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Assignment Length: Approximately 3-Months, possibly longer.

DESCRIPTION
The Sales/Marketing Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales and marketing teams, helping to ensure smooth and efficient sales and marketing operations. This role involves handling sales and marketing-related administrative duties, maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating activities that support the sales and marketing departmental goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain monthly customer and sales rep webinar schedules
  • Send out reoccurring emails to promote the webinars
  • Update and send out sales rep contracts
  • Run customer and rep sales reports as needed
  • Coordinate quarterly sales rep sit downs
  • Coordinate and set up sales rep one-on-one meetings
  • Update and send out dealer/distributor programs
  • Update and maintain sales rep contact list and territory maps
  • Send out notifications and communication to sales reps
  • Coordinate mailings
  • Maintain and update changes to the sales rep portal
  • Manage company mailbox
  • Manage maintenance of email distribution lists
  • Distribute various leads to sales reps (Tradeshows, AEC, etc)
  • Assist in updating and maintaining KPIs on sales rep scorecards
  • Send follow-up emails to customers
  • Help coordinate activities round tradeshows and events (golf outings, open houses, etc)
  • Manage inventory, and distribute/mail literature, giveaways, etc.
  • Help with coordination efforts around sales rep trainings and customer visits
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years' experience as an administrative assistant in an office environment
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and communications
  • Strong communication, organizational and task management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
