Summary
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Senior Sales Director, New Business Development and is responsible for leading, managing, and maintaining strategic accounts for business development and sales activities. Work in conjunction with Operations and Commercial counterparts to grow a portfolio of book and bill business by developing leads and closing opportunities in a fast pace, high energy setting.

Extensive collaboration with the sales team, our commercial and recruiting teams, as well as the subject matter experts across multiple lines of business within NAES to connect key clients with the internal personnel who will be performing the work. This wholistic approach fosters collaboration, ensuring clients achieve the ideal end to end solutions.

The initial compensation is $110,500 to $127,100

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Fit for Duty
All employees will participate in the Fitness for Duty Program. This program includes a post-offer physical examination and drug screening and post-employment random drug screening. There are extensive smoking restrictions in and around the facility.
