    Sales Manager – Bell Ford

    Location: Phoenix, AZ
    Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    What You'll Do

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the success of our dealership by:

    • Managing and leading a team of 6–7 sales consultants
    • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximize performance
    • Hiring, training, and retaining top sales talent
    • Assisting with desking and closing deals
    • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics
    • Driving accountability and helping the team achieve sales goals
    • Supporting and reinforcing Bell Ford's sales processes and customer experience standards
    • Maintaining and improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance

    The most important responsibility in this role is teaching, coaching, and developing your team.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Previous automotive dealership experience
    • Proven experience in automotive sales management
    • Strong sales and leadership background
    • Demonstrated success closing deals and driving revenue
    • Experience managing and developing sales teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service and CSI record
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset

    Preferred:

    • Experience with franchised dealerships
    • Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales performance management
    • Recruiting and talent development experience
    • Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds dealership software strongly preferred
