*Job Overview*
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling paint jobs. You will attend multiple estimate appointments per day, and be responsible for following up with these appointments and closing deals. This position will have a base salary plus commission, ability to sell will greatly influence the level of pay.
*Responsibilities*
- Sell painting jobs
- Build estimates in painting estimating program software
- Follow up with potential clients
- Manage estimate appointment schedule
- Follow up with leads
- Communicate with operations team regarding sold jobs
*Qualifications*
- Minimum 2 year sales experience in home services
- General construction or painting industry knowledge
- Effective communication skills
- Precise time management skills
- Ability to learn painting products and procedures
- Ambition and drive to grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000-$75,000 annual
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough Counties
Ability to Relocate:
Tampa Bay area
Work Location: In person
Holidays: 7 Holidays paid time off
PTO: 10 days PTO annually
