Position Overview
We are hiring a Sales Performance Supervisor responsible for strengthening in-spa revenue by actively guiding guests toward the most suitable treatments and retail solutions. This role centers on sales execution, revenue optimization, and client satisfaction within a premium spa environment.
Core Functions
Present spa services and retail items in a compelling and informative manner
Increase transaction value through add-on services and bundled offerings
Assess guest preferences to suggest appropriate treatment options
Maintain awareness of current offers, service menus, and retail lines
Record daily sales outcomes and contribute to revenue reporting
Support smooth coordination between sales and service teams
Encourage repeat visits through positive guest engagement
Candidate Profile
Background in sales-driven roles within service or retail settings
Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
Able to operate independently under a contractor arrangement
Willing to work Sundays and extended shifts
Results-focused with a proactive sales mindset
