Sales Manager-OEM & Service Parts

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations, APCOM based in Franklin Tenn.  The Sales Manager  OEM & Service parts will collaboratively with internal sales teams, representative agencies, key account managers, and exyerval customerrs to optimiize sales, conduct pricing and copetitive anakysis, and suppot go-to-market initiatives to drive revenue and market share.

1. The develop and implement short - long term strategic growth plans for OEM and service part sales
2. Drive revenue growth througn effective engagement with independent manufacturer representitives and distribution partners.
3. Cultivate and manage OEM relationships to support account devlopmeny. forecating, and long term planning.
4. Colloaborate with inteatives rnal NAWH sales teams and key accounts to identify new business opportunities wihtin whosale and retail mchannels.
5. Lead the development and execution of service parts  marketing strstegies in coordination with NAWH marketing team
6. Support procong analysis,mecrhandising initatives,merchadising iniatives, and competitive benchmarking to maximize market competitiveness.
7. Manage OEM Customer ervice
8. Guide and collaborate with external sales representives and internal stakeholders on strategic servie sales plans.
9. Contribute to cross functional improvement projects and process optimization inititives as assigned
10. Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence efforts to inform strategic planning
11. Travel up to 25% as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in an industrial, plumbing, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven experience implementing sales strategies and growing business within OEM and/or service parts markets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing sales processes, from lead generation through to closing and account retention.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
• Ability to quickly understand and retain technical product specifications.
• Comfortable presenting to customers, channel partners, and cross-functional internal teams at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is a plus.
