Job Title: Sales Manager, New Logo Pipeline and Account Entry
Remote Role
Contract to Hire & Full-Time Direct Hire (Both Options Available)
Note: This is a pure new-business hunter role for the US IT Services market you build your own pipeline, own the full sales cycle, and close enterprise deals from scratch.
About the Role
We are looking for a US-based sales hunter who can create new conversations from scratch in a focused market. This role is centered on building qualified pipeline, opening new accounts, and creating early-stage momentum around a defined niche offering.
You will own account entry and early-stage pipeline creation. Senior internal leaders and solution teams will support deeper solutioning, proposal development, and deal shaping once qualified opportunities are created.
Key Responsibilities
Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, networking, referrals, and events
Create target account lists and map relevant stakeholders
Generate qualified meetings with Director, VP, and CXO-level buyers
Test messaging and outreach around one focused entry point
Use modern sales tools and AI workflows for research, personalization, and follow-up
Qualify opportunities and bring in internal leaders for solutioning and deal progression
Track activity, market feedback, objections, and pipeline movement
What We re Looking For
Strong hunter mindset with proven new-logo or account-entry experience
Ability to create meetings without relying on inbound leads
Strong outbound discipline across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and warm networks
Comfort selling IT services, consulting, QA, automation, ServiceNow, Salesforce, cloud, data, or AI-adjacent solutions
Strong curiosity and ability to learn a focused offering quickly
Clear ownership of past pipeline creation and early opportunity development
Comfort working in a lean, high-ownership environment
First 90 Days
Learn the focused offering and target account profile
Build a named account list and stakeholder map
Run structured outbound campaigns
Generate qualified meetings and early-stage opportunities
Share market feedback to refine messaging and positioning
Create at least one credible revenue path through either existing relationships or newly created opportunities
