The Sales Manager directs the dealership’s sales activities, either personally or through subordinate supervisors, to achieve customer satisfaction, profitability, and sales goals. This role manages sales staff, develops strategies to meet objectives, oversees inventory, and ensures alignment with dealership policies and programs.
