You’re at the desk, structuring deals, holding gross, and making sure every opportunity counts. One minute you’re helping a salesperson land the deal, the next you’re jumping in to save a customer experience and turn it into a win.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Desk deals and structure profitable, customer-focused transactions
- Aggressively hold gross while maintaining strong CSI
- Train, coach, and lead sales staff to hit and exceed targets
- Handle customer concerns and turn issues into positive outcomes
- Ensure a high-quality vehicle delivery experience every time
- Drive daily activity, accountability, and showroom performance
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ years of proven experience in automotive sales (Sales Manager or top-performing closer ready to step up)
- Strong desking and deal-structuring ability
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on CSI
